Operation Crossfit

CrossFit is all about complete fitness. It’s never the same from one day to the next, and never ever routine or boring. Come daily for a 1-hour class that could include working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, flipping huge tractor tires, swinging a sledge hammer, benching pressing, gymnastics moves, and much, much more. Every WOD (workout of the day) is a new challenge! We tailor each WOD to your skill and fitness level, so you get the best results every day.

This is a 6-week course we created to put you on the fast-track to physical fitness success. Each 45-60min class will get your heart pumping, lungs expanding, and the sweat flowing in a hurry. At the same time, we’ll provide you with the knowledge you need to optimize your nutrition and lifestyle habits. These classes are designed to beginner-friendly, including simple movements, low weight, and high intensity.

Times: Mon, Tues, Thur at 6am, Sat at 9am

Cost: $120, can be made in two payments

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) with an emphasis on Jiu Jitsu, classes are tons of fun, and help you get in shape while learning invaluable self-defense skills. This class helps you build endurance through grappling, cardio, andcircuit training, with self-defense skils learned in submissions, takedowns, kickboxing, and more. You’ll gain self-discipline from our MMA/Jiu Jitsu course that will transfer naturally into many benefits for your outside-the-gym life.

KidFit is designed to help kids develop general level of athleticism. We expose them to a wide range of body weight, weightlifting, and gymnastic movements all wrapped into activities that help develop competitiveness and drive.

Teen Sports Performance

Our sports performance program is designed to get your athlete bigger, faster, and stronger. Both guys and girls, at all ability levels, are welcome. The program is broken down into three strength days and two speed/agility days every week.

Introducing our new Kids Kickboxing class. This technique driven class teaches kids 6 and up teaches striking techniques using punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. It increases coordination, balance, conditioning, and all around athleticism. Classes run on Tues/Thur at 5:30pm cost is $50/month or $70 to combine it with one of our tumbling, KidFit, or Wrestling classes.

PreK-12th Grade

Our Youth Wrestling classes teach your child all the basics of the world’s first Olympic sport. In this class, we’ll learn upper and lower body exercises, takedowns, and drills to create a strong foundation of wrestling expertise. For those that are ready we do compete.

Learn all the fundamentals of kick boxing, in our Thai boxing class. From proper stance to footwork, and from basic punches and kicks to how to defend yourself against each.

In our busy world, it’s hard to make time for regular exercise. Make the most of the time you have with Sergeant’s a wide range of personalized programs, coaching, and training to help you achieve your ideal body or competition level. Your personal trainer will work with you to create the ideal exercise and nutrition regimen for you. We help you meet your goals: tone, shape, gain muscle, or lose fat.

A combination of HITT Bootcampstyle workouts and actual kickboxing/self-defense style training. For those with a CrossFit membership it is included in your dues, if you have friends that want to come try it out the first class is free. The Fight fit only membership price will be $70 starting out. We do have loner gloves for your first time but I do forsee those wanting to do the class preferring to buy their own. You can order through us.
