This is Sergeant’s Fitness: a place where the people of Caldwell, Middleton, Nampa, Greenleaf, and Notus come together to push themselves, improve their mental and physical health, and forge lifelong friendships. In our Thai boxing class we teach you all the fundamentals of kick boxing.
Kids Kickboxing Class
This technique driven class teaches kids 6 and up teaches striking techniques using punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.
Fight Fit- Cardio Kickboxing
This is a combination of HITT Boot camp style workouts and actual kickboxing/self-defense style training.

Sergeant’s Fitness is named after my dad, Sergeant First Class Allen Gunoe. As a kid, he and I had our most serious conversations in the gym. My first memory of him being proud of me was at the gym (he hung a Polaroid of my first deadlift on the fridge). The tight-knit, caring group I found in the fitness community with my dad gave me confidence and made me feel strong.

It was always my dad’s dream to own a gym, but he passed away in Sept. 2010 never having achieved his goal. So Sergeant’s Fitness is for him. I know he’d be proud to work out here today.
